Digital Products Policy

1. Instant Digital Delivery

Because e-books on E-Books by Nokora (Nokora Books) are intangible, instantly deliverable electronic files, they cannot be physically “returned” once downloaded.

2. Defective or Corrupted Files

If you encounter any technical glitch with your file (such as a corrupted PDF or missing EPUB chapter), our support team will promptly issue a replacement file or fresh download token. If we cannot resolve the formatting flaw within 48 hours, a 100% refund will be granted.

3. Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same title twice within 24 hours due to a browser glitch or duplicate gateway submission, contact our team with your two order numbers and we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
